E.L.K. Equities is a single person LLC owned by myself; Mathew Pinelli. I created this corporation to house all the software acquisitions I plan to make in the coming years. E.L.K. are the initials of my wife and kids as they are the reason I am venturing into the world of apps, SaaS, and software. I have been in law enforcement for 17 years but have been a nerd at heart for over 30 years. The first opportunity to bring these two things together presented itself this year, 2024, when I acquired XXXXX app. I have used this app for close to a decade and it’s potential to serve first responders, nurses, food service workers, bartenders, waiters/waitresses and other shift workers is enormous. I am excited to bring this app to new heights.

I will continue to develop our current apps with the help of the community that use them as well as create new ideas when I see a problem that needs a solution. I am a strong believer in integrity and loyalty and my business decisions are guided by those two factors first and foremost. I look forward to creating a loyal community and providing some of the best software out there.
