Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or contain advertising. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law or the app store provider (Google Play, Apple App Store).
We use third-party ad providers such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and Liftoff Ads. These providers may collect data to display relevant ads, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links or integrations with third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E.L.K. Equities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the last twelve (12) months.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
